“Having trouble with their plumbing which I couldn’t blame it on the young man working the desk. He done his best cleaning rooms, checking people in and maintaining a pleasant attitude ”

“Room was clean. Couch, tables, carpet look like they havent been replaced in 30+ years. Dingy, dirty looking and worn out. Black out curtains looked like a bear attacked them. Had multiple long tears and holes throughout. Electric outlets were very lose from electric box, bath missing a drain plug or any sort. Serious signs of wear and tear on all accessories in the room. More than normal wear and tear.”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room and public areas were clean and they’re in the process of painting the hallways. The bed was nice and firm and we slept well. The shower and water pressure were great. The room had a couch that we used to watch tv. The bathroom shows a lot of wear, caulking, no toilet paper holder and general maintenance. But everything was clean. Breakfast was OK. ”

“Cigarette smoke from the casino filtered into our bedroom. This was the worst sleep I've had on the mattress, it was very hard. Terrible breakfast with only oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bagels, and pre-packaged waffels. No eggs, sausage or bacon.”
